Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are correct and complete.  Pegasus Health Group will not be responsible for incorrect shipping details. Your phone number or email may be used to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.

Currently we only deliver to selective post codes in NSW. The selected post codes are available to choose from in the shipping section of the cart.  If you expect delivery to post codes which we currently do not deliver to, please contact our head office on

Due to seasonal and Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas, delivery times may vary from normal. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.

Orders and payments received from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day.

You may change our delivery instructions on request; e.g. leave parcel at the front door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason if you choose not to sign and for your parcel to be left unattended.
